Fran Ford – Chaplain Of The Month
Since I’m a believer that God has called us outside the 4 walls, being a BBI chaplain is perfect for me and the cause of Christ.

Currently, God is preparing us for this and using us both to minister to the lost who are largely involved with Conventions (think Comic-con, Anime-con, etc), and those who are involved in “alternative sexuality” lifestyles.
I have been in a place of active motorcycle ministry for approximately 17 years. This experience has been a combination of riding with my husband when he was a member of a Christian MC and also as a member of Broken Chains Biker Church.
My calling specifically revolves around music, and to minister first, to those who have a knowledge of God, but no personal relationship with Him. Secondly, I am called to minister with compassion, empathy, and understanding to those who do not know Christ and to be what they need at that time.
My practical service of education, evaluation and group treatment provide for several roles that are already needed in my community.
My vision of ministry as a woman starts first and foremost at my home and with my family.
At the age of 6 months, I was adopted by a very loving Christian family who welcomed me into their home.
I want to serve. I want to be closer to Jesus and bring others with me. Being a biker Chaplain is a way to reach out to a group of people who may be closed off to God and His teachings. I hope to become more involved with this mission.
It is my personal belief that God allows us to go through hardships in life in order to continue to perfect us for His glory. I have had many hardships over the years; I am far from perfect though.
Obviously, I can pray on the run but at least some of my daily prayer life should be in a quiet place so not only can I talk to God, but I can listen to hear from Him as well.
