Chaplain of The Month – Ron Long

My name is Ronald Long.

I recently finished the chaplain course. It has really opened doors for me in the biker world.

I turned my life over to God sixteen years ago I had become an alcoholic and my life was a mess. My health had got bad and I went to the doctor. He discovered my liver was bad and told me I had to quit drinking. I knew I couldn’t do it on my own so I turned to God for help. By the grace of God I’ve been clean and working for him ever since.

I play drums and ride my motorcycle and do both for God.

I’m President of the Restoration Riders a CMA chapter in Meridian Mississippi.

I give my testimony as often as I can and being a chaplain I’m ask to open prayer at many bike rides and events in my area. I’m thankful for BBI. Godspeed
