Regional Director of the Month
March 2020
Having the title of Regional Director sounds big and fancy, but it is actually a path of me following along with the regional chaplains and serving any way I’m able to. Being an RD for BBI is a way for me to stay connected to the ministry in an otherwise busy season of my life. You see most of my time and energy these days is devoted to my family and making sure that we are raising our young son to be the best man he can be in a very mixed up and crazy world. So it’s good food, so to say, for me to have the little bit of interaction with our Ohio chaplains that this affords me. Keeping up with their ministry work and hearing the stories they have helps keep me grounded in the faith and in my walk with Christ. It also keeps me accountable to other believers which is another important thing for Christians to have.
I’m thankful for the opportunity to serve the Lord in this way and I pray that, no, I KNOW that our God is able to use all of the Ohio chaplains for His glory.
My verse of encouragement, for myself and you, is this:
“(KJV) For I am persuaded, that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor powers, nor things present, nor things to come, Nor height, nor depth, nor any other creature, shall be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord.” Romans 8:38
God bless
